Returning Merchandise Back to Pixie Mood Online Store

You may return all regular priced items within 30 business days from the order date.

All items must be unworn and include the packing slip, there should be no visible signs of wear.

Sale merchandise is final and may not be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a discount with promo codes or any other online promotions.

If a product was purchased from an independent retailer, please contact the same retailer to inquire about their refund policy.

Directions for Returning Items

Download and complete the returns form HERE.

Email the completed form to us at  We will respond with a return number in 2 – 4 business days.

After getting confirmation from us with a return number, pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible).

Include the completed returns form with the return number with your return merchandise.

After you have shipped the product, please send us an email with the below information:

  • name

  • courier and tracking number

  • expected delivery date

**Please note that no pre-paid address label will be provided. You are responsible for all return shipping fees via the carrier of your choice.

Pixie Mood will not accept any COD deliveries. All shipping fees are to be prepaid by the customer.  NO returns will be accepted without a return number issued by our office.

US Customer Returns

If a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “Defective Canadian Goods Return” and a value of $0, as Pixie Mood does not accept packages that require customs duty and taxes.

We will notify you via email when the return is received. Refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your account to be credited. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Pixie Mood is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please note that any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
